3. Game Times: Games will be played in two 20 minute halves with a 5 minute halftime break. Game time is forfeit time. There will be a 15 minute grace period for the first game ONLY. The clock will be running continuous throughout the game. Players will receive a warning when there are only 2 minutes left in either half. That will also be the start of the 7 play period.
4 – Uniform/Equipment: All players must wear like colored shirts. Shorts/pants must not have pockets or pockets must be taped shut as to avoid injury. The City of Baytown will provide flags. 6 – Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie game at the end of the second half there will be an overtime coin toss. The ball will be placed at the 40 yard line and each team will have 4 consecutive plays, unless terminated by an interception, in which to score the most points or gain the most yards. If no team scores, the team that gained the most positive yardage shall be determined the winner. If after 4 downs each, the two teams remained tied, additional downs will be played one at a time, alternating until a winner is decided.
